3Map your columns to NetSuite fields

RowProof auto-matched what it could. Fix anything it got wrong, choose your formatting rules, then validate.

📞 Phone number format

Applies to US/Canada numbers (10 digits, or 11 with a leading 1 — the 1 is removed). International & unrecognized numbers are left untouched.

🔤 Names & cities capitalization

Applies to first/middle/last name and city fields only — company names are never touched.

🗺️ US state format

Only values recognized as US states are converted — Canadian provinces etc. are left untouched.

✉️ Email & ZIP cleanup Lowercase all email addresses Restore lost leading zeros on US ZIPs (745 → 00745)

Leading/trailing spaces are always trimmed on every value.

🔣 Special characters Fix garbled characters — restore dashes, smart quotes, © ® ™, and accents (é ñ ü …)

Repairs text that was mis-encoded ("mojibake"): â€” → —, Â® → ®, â„¢ → ™, Ã± → ñ. Only clearly-garbled values are touched — correctly-accented text (café, piñata) is left alone.
